That's the way it was set up on the original assembly. My carbs have a spring that flicks the throttle back to its original position. Having a hard time getting the throttle assembly back together for some reason and my 'push' is hanging on by a thread anyway so Im thinking of ditching it until the new set comes in. are you not using the ‘pull’ throttle cable? is this somewhat normal?
